This is Anji, part of the strong coaching team at Lifetime. As well as studying for her financial planning exams, she provides excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. After leaving university Anji worked for a large American company based in the UK, heading up a department within a regional office. She then moved on to establish and run a successful driving school for over 16 years. Alongside this she also worked in an educational setting for eight years. In her spare time, Anji can either be found enjoying a lovely long walk with her family and the family dog, spending time with loved ones, or being active with a local running club.
Edward originally hails from Macclesfield, but now lives in Sheffield. He started at Lifetime in September 2020 – having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in Finance and Economics. He enjoys playing a whole raft of different sports, from tennis, golf and football, to having a go at lacrosse during his university years. He also enjoy travelling and trying new ales.
Annie joined Lifetime after graduating from Swansea University with a degree in Modern Languages, Translation and Interpreting (Spanish and German). She would like to learn a third language such as Arabic or Russian as she loves a challenge! Outside of Lifetime, Annie enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, having spent a study year abroad in Spain and Germany. She has visited several European cities and travelled throughout Bali and Singapore. Annie also enjoys a good book – especially a crime series – as well as cooking and spending time with her family.
Before she joined the Lifetime team in December 2019, Hayley’s working career had mostly been spent in retail. She worked at Zara for seven years, three of them being as a manager. With customer care being at the heart of her job, she always strive to help others and takes great joy in seeing what has been achieved. She is a mum to two very beautiful but cheeky children and has a black Labrador, Tilly! Hayley and her family enjoy exploring different places on the weekends and also spending time with their relations. Her life goal is to experience as much of the world as she can, with her lovely family.
Before joining Lifetime Isobel finished a degree in Modern Languages at Newcastle University in 2020, where she worked in Spain, France and Peru as part of her studies. She also got the opportunity to explore some other areas of South America. Due to this experience, she is interested in learning more languages and travelling, to any and all countries, although Brazil, Colombia and Canada are currently the ones she wants to see the most! In her spare time, Isobel enjoys reading, watching films, and going out with friends. During the Covid-19 lockdown she got into running and tries to keep fit.
Peter joined Lifetime in September 2020, as a trainee financial planner from Sheffield University, where he had completed his PhD investigating new ways to kill bacteria using blue laser light. Throughout his career, Peter has always gained the most satisfaction helping solve people’s problems, which led him to a career at Lifetime. Outside of work, Peter loves spending time in the Peak District, going walking, cycling and climbing with friends and family. Originally from Halifax, Peter was brought up watching and playing rugby union and he feels most at home reciting ‘Swing Low’ amongst 80,000 fans at Twickenham stadium.
Kay is an open and friendly source of help and guidance to her customers throughout their Lifetime journey. From leaving school Kay worked for Tesco and then became the Hospitality Manager at Wakefield Trinity Rugby Club. Her almost 30 years of working experience has been centred around giving first class customer service. Her constant goal is to improve daily, both personally and professionally. Kay has many varied interests which include cooking, spending time with family, walking and travelling abroad. Her future travel goals would be to visit Peru and take a Caribbean cruise.
Joseph graduated from the University of York in 2019 with a degree in Accounting, Business Finance and Management. Upon graduating university he began working at Lifetime as a customer coach while also taking the CII exams to become a financial planner. In his time away from work he can often be found in the kitchen rustling up dishes from a number of different cuisines... his speciality being anything with pasta, especially carbonara... made the traditional way (no cream, he says!).
Jamie is your Lifetime customer coach. His role is all about helping and supporting people on their financial journey, being there when they need his help, guidance and support. He is a passionate individual who believes in delivering excellent levels of service to his customers and colleagues. Jamie joined Lifetime in February 2020 after working for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Swinton Insurance over the past 20 years. Outside of work he is normally found in the kitchen trying out new recipes or enjoying long country walks.
